Information provided by you as a patient or a user of this website is used only in the regard with which it is intended. We conform to all HIPPA regulations and will not give your information to anyone outside of our practice. For new and existing patients if you are being referred by us (to another health care provider) you will be informed if any personal information is disclosed for referrral purposes. |
