Lisa White, L.Ac
Over 11 years, Lisa has treated generations of families and is able to address the health concerns associated with a family practice. Traditional Chinese Medicine is holistic, and Lisa finds it very difficult to “specialize” in any particular area of medicine, however, she sees many facets of pain – from trauma and overuse pain, disease pain, headache pain, and the vague feeling of unease and imbalance. Lisa's education is ongoing and fluid bringing the most current advances in alternative/complementary therapies to her patients while remaining grounded in the ancient wisdom that is Traditional Chinese Medicine.

Lisa graduated from the Colorado School of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 1998. Her schooling consisted of 2400 hours in the classroom and a clinical internship over a three-year period. The National Commission (NCCAOM) commissions Lisa for the Certification of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine - the certification association for acupuncturists and herbalists. Lisa also has certificates in Clean Needle Technique, First Aid, and has advanced certificates in N.A.E.T. allergy elimination, pain management, color light therapy, and facial rejuvenation.

Lisa is licensed by the state of Colorado, license #472, and the state of Georgia, license #204. She is trained in Qi Gong, Tai Chi, Happikko, and Tai Kwon Do and likes to incorporate ideas and information from these various arts to increase the effects of your acupuncture treatment.
